Refund, Exchange, and Repair Policy for Watches

Roy's Watches values our customers and is committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. To ensure you are satisfied with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange, and repair policy:

 

1. Refund Policy

 

Passed 

You may return your watch within 7 days of receipt if the following conditions are met:

 

  • The watch is in pristine condition and unworn.
  • All labels, stickers and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we regretfully deny your request as this violates our Return and Exchange Policy.)
  • The watch comes with its original packaging including box and instructions.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Refund Process

 

Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the return process. Please share a picture or video of your watch with us.

Once approved, please carefully pack the watch and all accompanying items and ship them back to us using trackable and insured shipping. (Please use local couriers or EMS shipping only)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

 

2. Exchange Policy

 

Passed

You can request an exchange for a different watch within 30 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The watch is in pristine condition and unworn.
  • All labels, stickers and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we regretfully deny your request as this violates our Return and Exchange Policy.)
  • The watch comes with its original packaging including box and instructions.
  • Provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Exchange Process

 

Contact our Customer Service Team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you would like to exchange.

Once approved, please carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and send them back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use only local couriers or EMS shipping)

Once we have received and inspected the returned watch and confirmed that it qualifies for our exchange, we will ship your requested replacement watch to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

 

3. Warranty and Repair Policy

 

Warranty

All watches sold by Roy's Watches come with a 3-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

 

Repair process

 

If your watch requires repair under warranty, please contact our Customer Service Team for instructions on how to proceed.

If your watch is out of warranty, we offer a repair service for a fee. Please contact us for a repair quote and further instructions.

Please pack your watch carefully and send it to us using trackable and insured shipping. Please only use local couriers or EMS.

Once we receive the watch, we will assess the repair needs and provide you with an estimated timeline and cost (if applicable).

Repairs will be completed by our qualified watch technicians and the watch will be returned to you in working order.
